All our products pass a robust quality check before being loaded to our delivery vehicles. In case of any product damage during transit or unfit for use, payrentz shall replace the same at its own cost.
Monthly postpaid rental invoice shall be sent to the registered email address on the last day of every month for payment on or before 7thday of every month.
Yes, late fees of Rs. 100 per rental invoice shall be levied on the 8thday of every month to customers who have missed the due date (7thof every month).
Yes, you can change the plan in your dashboard at any time and it is effected from the date of change.
You can submit a cancellation request online in your dashboard with 10 days’ notice period to enable hassle free closure. Short notice charges will be levied for customers who request for priority pick up within 10 days from the date of cancellation request.
Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after receipt of confirmation from payrentz quality team that the products are returned in good condition.
Yes, place a request 10 days in advance along with the address proof of the new address. Relocation shall be subject to successful verification of the new address proof and serviceability of the new location.
Yes, inform us 10 days in advance to execute necessary documentation and activate the new client profile.

In the event of an unintentional damage, please do lodge a service request with details of damage. Cost of repair will be charged at actuals. Cost of product will be recovered in the event of irreparable damages.
