The organization was built on one idea, to transform the way people experience renting, from a transitional life phase to a sustainable lifestyle choice. payrentz is built as a client-first organization with the direct focus and involvement of the founding team, and we're steadily expanding into new cities to bring that promise to more homes.

Founder & CEO
Balaji steers with a vision to establish payrentz as the preferred rental partner for urban households in India. Eighteen years in commercial banking, five of them leading pan-India teams, taught him that a promise is good only when it is delivered.
Access has been gaining on ownership for a decade. With a generation that is increasingly mobile and aspirational,access is poised to become the dominant model.
Co-founder
Bharani runs Finance, Risk and Compliance, upholding the payrentz promise of transparency. Two decades across leading banks, and the discipline of a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, left him with little patience for anything a customer has to read twice.
